"It's all about the little things. In big games, the margins are tight, and good teams will punish you for errors. We made too many mistakes early on.
"We need to keep faith in our direction and not lose confidence. We don't need to overcomplicate things."
This week, McMillan has focused on improving their high turnover rate, which proved costly in their previous match. He's also addressed issues with their setpiece, despite a decent return rate, as lost throws in crucial moments can be devastating.
"Our setpiece malfunctioned, and we were 28 points down after just 18 minutes. Bath didn't have to do much, they just kicked and made it a battle of aerial dominance.
"At this level, we can't afford such a high turnover rate. We need to respect the ball and build pressure cycles to force our opponents into mistakes."
McMillan has made several changes to his lineup, with nine personnel switches and three positional moves. The biggest changes are in the backline, with the return of Jack Crowley.
"The most significant changes are in the back three. We're expecting challenging weather conditions in Cork, so we've picked players who excel in those situations.
"These guys have shown great movement and skill in the backfield, especially under the high ball."
McMillan is aware of the pressure surrounding the Gloucester clash but wants his team to embrace it.
"We know the importance of this game and the need to win. But we can't let that pressure overwhelm us. We have to lean into it and not shy away from the big moments."

"There are proud Munster men in this team, and they're ready to show what they can do. We know our capabilities, and we're determined to prove it."
